PAYMENT
The placing of an order implies acceptance of the following terms of payment.

- Payment is required with order. Please make cheques payable to Rose
Cottage Herbs Limited. |

| Account Customers -
Payment is due within 28 days of the invoice date. A 10% credit
surcharge will be levied on each invoice which may be deducted for payment
within the 28 days. We reserve the right to charge interest on all overdue
accounts. All goods remain the property of 'Rose Cottage Herbs Limited'
until paid for in full. |

| Credit Facilities - New customers requiring credit should provide the name and address of their bank and two trade refernces. |
