Every effort is made to ensure that plants are true to name and free from pests and diseases at the time of delivery.

Our liability is limited to the replacement of plants supplied or at our option, the crediting of any payment made for them. All other claims are excluded.

The placing of an order does not necessarily guarantee delivery and we reserve the right to refuse orders for whatever reason.
